The Sea House offers an escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The property can sleep 10 in the main house and 2 in a separate studio. There are four bedrooms (all with blackout curtains), four bathrooms (two en-suite), open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room, TV/media room with sofa bed, utility, plus an extra sitting room on the first floor. It offers unrivalled views of the channel and on a clear day, you can see the coast of France.

​Vast glass sliding doors span the dining and sitting area on the ground floor, leading out to a patio and shingle garden. The sea-facing rooms on the first floor feature glass doors and balconies, while the master bedroom on the top floor includes a spectacular tiered roof terrace, complete with fire pit and roof garden.

The main entrance of the house is accessed via a private court yard, with studio building, outside shower and garden.

The ground floor has an open-plan kitchen, dining (seats 12),  living area  with a wood burning fire and sliding doors onto deck, garden and beach.

There is a media room with double sofa bed and downstairs cloakroom with shower.

First Floor: 

Second sitting room with sliding door onto glass balcony.

 Three bedrooms, one with a 5ft king, one with twin 3ft beds and family bathroom and laundry room, the third bedroom is sea facing with a 6ft super king, en-suite shower room and sliding door to glass balcony.

Second Floor:

The Master bedroom suite is situated on the top floor. It has a 6ft super king, dressing area, en-suite shower room and sliding doors that lead onto a private roof terrace with fire.
