The main entrance leads into the large hallway with spiral staircase to first floor. There is a laundry room and games room with direct access to the beach. There is a spiral stair case that leads from the downstairs terrace to the up-stairs deck. There are three bedrooms downstairs (2 with sea views) and all en-suite, one has a 5 ft.king, another with a 6 ft. super king and the third with 3 ft singles.
First Floor:
Open-plan spacious kitchen/dining/living area with wood burning stove. There are sliding doors leading from the lounge and another set of doors from dining area that lead onto the first floor terrace and outside eating with spiral down to the lower deck and garden.
Master bedroom suite is located on this floor with a 6 ft. super King bed, dressing area, en suite bathroom and private balcony.
