Stunning houses on a breath-taking beach

Tucked behind the dunes, down a little sandy lane Ebbtide has the appearance of a Romney Marsh church or school house. It has  Although not on the beach it is only 200 meters from the water’s edge at high tide.

The house is perfectly located with restaurants bars and shops in walking distance. Salvaged rope and drift wood have been up cycled into objects of beauty that surround the home inside and out. A private paved and shingled garden is the perfect sun trap.

Ebbtide has a sense of calm and is the ideal beach retreat.
Many of the neighbouring buildings have residents in senior years and we would be grateful if renters would be mindful of this.

The downstairs has an open plan kitchen, dining, living area with log burner. Patio doors lead onto a private garden with outside eating. There is a wet room downstairs, with a toilet, bidet, and washbasin.

 

A staircase leads up to the second floor where there is 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom 1 has twin beds, built in wardrobes, and the master bedroom has a super-king 6 foot driftwood bed, built in wardrobe and patio doors leading onto the balcony.
