We are proud to introduce the new Seacrest, the latest on the Camber shoreline. By the nature of some of the new surrounding architecture, the style had to be bold and strong. The owners have achieved a magnificent three storey family home with plenty of outside space and ample parking. The clean block path leads to the front door and around the side of the property to the beach with seating, BBQ, dining and sunbathing area. The outside wooden and glass staircase leads up to the first floor terrace, with unrivalled panoramic views of the whole beach.

The backdoor takes you into the ground floor with a wet room, ideally situated to clean and refresh yourself after a day on the beach, leaving the home space free of sand. Also on this floor are the laundry room and TV lounge. The spacious hall leads out to the front of the house.

From the ground floor your eye will entice you up the bespoke oak and glass staircase. The first and second storeys have been constructed using an oak frame with structural insulated panels on the exterior. This high-spec insulation ensures the elements are left outside. The exposed oak beams move through each room giving a natural balance and beauty.

The first floor houses an open plan kitchen, dining and living area which is flooded with light. This is the perfect place to relax and absorb the heart of the house and its views. A large terrace spans the entire length of the room and allows constant contact with the beauty of the outside. A sleek modern wood burner provides the final ingredient to spend memorable days.

On entering the luxurious master bedroom suite, on the top floor, the drama of the soaring skyline, the constant ebb and flow of the tide and the flight of birds on sunrise and sunset, instil a great sense of calm. The private balcony and a pair of velvet armchairs with the breath-taking sea views will ensure that relaxation can be your top priority. You will not want to leave!

There is an understanding that visitors to Seacrest will take care and will respect this cherished home as if it were their own.

Ground floor:

The main entrance leads into the large hallway with TV lounge, laundry room, wet room and backdoor leading to beach.

First floor:

The first floor has two bedrooms roadside, one with twin beds, one with 5ft king and a family bathroom. A huge open plan kitchen, dining, living room and outside terrace.

Second floor:

Two bedrooms roadside one with bunkbeds, one with 5ft king and family bathroom. Master bedroom with 5ft king, ensuite bathroom and private balcony.

Outside:

BBQ and seating with dining area.
To the front of the property is a gravelled driveway with parking for 4 cars.

Additional Amenities:

Selection of DVDs, books and games.
Bath towels, Bed linen, hair dryer.
WI Fi available.
